(1)集中(zhong)運(yun)維平(ping)臺(tai)
集(ji)中運(yun)維(wei)(wei)平臺(tai)以提(ti)升電(dian)站集(ji)中運(yun)維(wei)(wei)管(guan)理(li)水平、降低運(yun)維(wei)(wei)成本、提(ti)升電(dian)站收益為目標,基(ji)于“指標引領、及(ji)時(shi)糾偏、閉環管(guan)理(li)、規范(fan)高效、大數據提(ti)升”的智能化(hua)運(yun)維(wei)(wei)理(li)念,采用(yong)O2O運(yun)維(wei)(wei)模(mo)式,對多(duo)電(dian)站集(ji)中進行(xing)運(yun)行(xing)監視和管(guan)理(li),實現了電(dian)站日常運(yun)維(wei)(wei)管(guan)理(li)的信息(xi)化(hua)、標準(zhun)化(hua)、規范(fan)化(hua)。

集中運(yun)維平(ping)臺采集各(ge)光(guang)伏電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(包(bao)括并網等級為(wei)10kV及以上、380V)上傳的(de)(de)實(shi)(shi)時生產(chan)運(yun)行(xing)數據,遠程實(shi)(shi)時監測(ce)各(ge)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主要設備的(de)(de)運(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況,通過智(zhi)能告警(jing)、故障(zhang)定位(尤其是偏低支(zhi)路和為(wei)零(ling)支(zhi)路識(shi)別)、缺陷管(guan)理、故障(zhang)知識(shi)庫等功能,幫(bang)助運(yun)維人員快速進行(xing)消(xiao)缺,實(shi)(shi)現(xian)閉(bi)環管(guan)理。平(ping)臺提供(gong)了全面、完善的(de)(de)生產(chan)運(yun)營(ying)報表、光(guang)電(dian)指標統計,為(wei)快速了解(jie)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)生產(chan)運(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況提供(gong)支(zhi)撐。系統提供(gong)移動平(ping)臺,能夠隨時、隨地掌握設備運(yun)行(xing)情(qing)況,提高(gao)電(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)管(guan)理效(xiao)率。

監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong)主要針對并網等級10kV及(ji)(ji)以上的(de)光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)實(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)現地層監(jian)控(kong)。可實(shi)(shi)時(shi)監(jian)控(kong)站(zhan)內(nei)匯流箱、逆變器、箱變等設備運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)情況(kuang),對相關(guan)設備進行(xing)(xing)遙調、遙控(kong)操作,保(bao)障(zhang)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)安(an)全運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),滿足電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)維人員日常操作及(ji)(ji)上級系統(tong)或調度的(de)監(jian)控(kong)需求(qiu)。該系統(tong)側重于(yu)光伏(fu)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)內(nei)部設備運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)情況(kuang)監(jian)控(kong)和(he)分析,相對于(yu)傳統(tong)監(jian)控(kong)系統(tong),實(shi)(shi)現了采(cai)集數據的(de)精(jing)細化、有效(xiao)性處理分析,監(jian)測界面(mian)展(zhan)示更加直觀,能夠快速定(ding)位逆變器、電(dian)(dian)池(chi)組(zu)串支路(lu)故障(zhang),提高運(yun)(yun)(yun)維效(xiao)率。
(3)功率控制系統
功(gong)(gong)率控(kong)制系統以響應調(diao)度需(xu)求、配(pei)合電力調(diao)度機構實現對光(guang)伏電站有功(gong)(gong)快速(su)控(kong)制、無(wu)功(gong)(gong)快速(su)調(diao)整為目標。

功(gong)(gong)(gong)率控制系統針對(dui)并(bing)網等級10kV及以上的電站,按照省級電力調(diao)度(du)(du)機構(gou)對(dui)光伏(fu)電站的數(shu)(shu)據接(jie)入質量要求,將運行數(shu)(shu)據直(zhi)接(jie)實時上傳至電力調(diao)度(du)(du)機構(gou),并(bing)具備(bei)接(jie)受、執行電力調(diao)度(du)(du)機構(gou)進行功(gong)(gong)(gong)率控制的功(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)(neng)。系統采(cai)用人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)算(suan)法,構(gou)建全(quan)新智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)調(diao)控體系,實現批量設(she)備(bei)啟停控制及功(gong)(gong)(gong)率調(diao)節。
